Swamp Grass is very happy to be partnered with Elise Richman from Passionflower Design. Elise completed two years of landscape design and horticulture at the New York Botanical Garden. She is an active member of the New York Botanical Garden Landscape Design Student and Alumni Association. Additionally, her drive to expand her plant knowledge has been continuing with her knowledge of plants and gardening by attending local classed at the Google Osher Lifetime Learning Institute at USCB. She has been making customer dreams come true for over 15 years.
Elise believes that every project is different and you never know at the outset where the design will end up. All designs are done by hand and sketched which continues to pleas the clients. She incorporates interesting flowering plant material with varying foliage hues and trees that have distinctive bark and shapes. She firmly believes that landscape should change throughout the seasons and offer areas of interest and delight at all times.
